We want to share with you what we are doing to help keep everyone safe and healthy throughout this challenging time.  At RealSimGear, our technical support and customer service teams are working remotely. As always, we are here to help you with all your questions, and you should know we are doing this without putting ourselves or our families at risk.

Our delivery partner FedEx remains operational so we are able to ship orders as usual. We will continue to monitor and follow all official guidance from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local government and health agencies surrounding our fulfilment center.  

As per the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers document on the website, RealSimGear falls under the category of Aviation as a support service providing training devices to flight schools.

RealSimGear remains open, and we are committed to providing alternatives for pilots to maintain their proficiency and safety, and opportunities for everyone interested in aviation and flight simulation to enhance their skills during this time.
