Shipping policy

All items in stock leave our warehouse within two (2) business days of ordering.  We use FedEx as our delivery partner.  Priority shipping options can be selected at checkout if desired.

For domestic shipping to the continental USA:

We ship internationally with FedEx.  Tracking information will be sent via an email when the product ships.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please Note: Our free shipping option does not cover all items sold at RealSimGear.com. Exclusions to the free shipping options include, but are not limited to: Third Party Hardware, RealSimGear Flight Controls, BATD and Cockpit Systems, Flight Sim PC's and other items that would certify the shipment as "Heavy" or "Oversized" We strive to make sure our shipping options are affordable. It is the purchasers responsibility to consider what local import duties and taxes may be applicable.  The payment of these taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

International shipping is completed at the risk of the purchaser and it's the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure products purchased from RealSimGear.com are suitable and certified for use in the particular destination country.
