Excellent. The best feature of the RealSimGear products is its excellent support team. The experience what extremely useful, their regular support is invaluable but a dedicated hour was of great value in helping me move my simulation forward.

After assembling everything and getting all the gear talking to each other, needed some help on configuration. The guy logged into my SIM and walked me through everything, updated several pieces, and then helped customize it for me. He was AWESOME! It was quick, easy, and got everything working perfectly. Could not have been any better!
