Description
RealSimGear offers a Signature Support subscription for all full simulator systems. This subscription provides the following services and benefits:
- Dedicated support email and technical support priority
- Remote assistance during system setup

Proactive system maintenance on an as needed basis including
- Windows updates as necessary
- Video card driver updates as necessary
- Simulator software updates when available or necessary
- Aircraft updates when available or necessary
- Navigation database updates using Navigraph subscription (purchased separately by customer)
- Extended warranty on all RealSimGear branded hardware while subscription is active
- Includes software maintenance on the Torquesim aircraft providing for updates as Torquesim makes them available
** This is a subscription that will auto-renew until cancelled by the customer.
