The RealSimGear GCU47x is a replica of the control unit found in G3/G5 Cirrus aircraft equipped with Perspective avionics. The unit features exact replicas of the knobs and buttons found in the aircraft.
- Realistic tactile knobs
- Silicone Rubber keypad
- Works with TorqueSim SR2x Series aircraft
- Works with all aircraft equipped with X-Plane G1000
- X-Plane 11 or 12
- Partially compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (MSFS) - GCU functionality in the MSFS Cirrus is only partially available, therefore this unit will not work well with MSFS, particularly the alpha/numeric input
- USB cable
- This product is powered by the USB cable.
makes simming more realistic.
From the very good packaging to the ease of installing and the quality of the fabrication, this is a product made to make simming more realistic. Now hoping that MSFS does the upgrade on the SR22 so we can use all the buttons. (X-plane did it :-))

Very high quality products
Great! This is a very high quality, well thought out product!
I fly with MSFS 2020, and whilst the GCU47X doesn't have full functionality in MSFS2020 it is still a great piece of hardware. Makes inflight flight planning so easy. Having the heading and altitude select is also handy. I also utilise the Logitech Multi panel but using the GCU47X frees up some of the use of the Logitech. Using the RSG software, I have also modified the GCU47X so that the Keypad which is not currently compatible now operates the softkey's on the G1000 PFD (you can also set if for MFD if preferred). Unfortunately the 4 buttons (FMS,XPDR,COM, NAV) do not work which is a real shame so the centre dial does not swap between the functions, as such it is unable to set Com,Nav or transponder details. Similar to the keypad, I have also set the alpha pad to be able to change the NAV and Com frequencies including the swap. Hopefully in the future MSFS2020 will fully integrate with the GCU47X. I have still provided 5 stars though for the great hardware that it is.
